For more information, here's a text breakdown below :)
We do not recommend placing the jug or lid into the dishwasher or fully submerging the jug to clean as this may harm its components/bearing.
The following steps are the best for cleaning your blender:
- After each use, rinse the jug thoroughly with warm water—not hot.
- Place one to two drops of dish soap in your jug and fill it halfway with warm water.
- Secure the lid in place
- Start the machine on Variable Speed 1, slowly increase to Variable Speed 10.
- Run on High for 5-60 seconds (depending on what was blended, thick contents take longer to clean).
- Pour contents out and rinse thoroughly.
- Turn the jug upside down and let air dry.
- Check the base of the jug where the cog is, if this section has got wet please thoroughly dry it with a towel to ensure the bearing is not water damaged
