In order to ensure you’ll be getting the most out of your Vibrofit here are some general tips which I’m sure you’ll find useful:
The Vibrofit is designed for you to stand on the machine and it will do the work for you. The further apart you have your legs, the more intense the workout will become.
Feet closer together = walking
Feet midway apart = jogging
Feet on further apart = running
Alternatively, you can also do squats on the machine, lunges and even push-ups (being sure to keep your fingers away from any moving parts)
The VibroFit One and VibroFit Pro will have 10 pre-set programs to choose from with fluctuating speeds, at ten-minute intervals. This allows a variety of speeds and different workouts, rather than selecting the speed each use.
Example
P1 – 1st minute the speed is on 20, the 2nd minute the speed is on 40, the 3rd minute the speed is on 60 etc up until the 1st minute where the speed is 20.
